YouBlur in ChatGPT — Terms

1. Service

The plugin lets you request, from ChatGPT, masking of faces and/or licence plates on media you provide, using an existing YouBlur account. Formats, durations, resolutions, effects and ceilings are those the server actually accepts for that file. The service does not recognise people’s identity and does not guarantee that every sensitive region will be detected.

You must have the rights needed over the file. Review the output before any sharing. A successful job is not a legal-compliance certificate.

2. Account and credits

The plugin uses the balance and rules of your YouBlur account. It does not create ChatGPT credits and does not open payment inside ChatGPT.

Before a credit-paid job, a quote is shown. Debit occurs only after your confirmation. A refusal for insufficient balance does not create an overdraft or a subscription in the plugin.

Refunds, eligibility and rates: YouBlur account terms (youblur.com and the account area). To dispute a debit, write to contact@arcy.app with the job identifier, without any login secret.

3. Results

Results remain available as described in the privacy notice (24 hours for files, 5 minutes for a link). Download what you want to keep before expiry. YouBlur is not required to archive the media beyond that.

4. Availability

Capacity limits may delay a new upload. A job already accepted is followed through to completion or failure. A refund is not due while compute is still running and the outcome is unknown.

5. Liability

Within the limits of applicable law, ARCY is not liable for use of the result (publication, filing with a third party) nor for incomplete detection. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

6. Governing law

French law. Disputes: courts of Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
